There's been a recent development in the fifth grade hallway. Street art has suddenly appeared all over the walls. The artwork shares positive messages like stop smoking, world peace, and no human is illegal. They seem to be printed on the brick and wood walls using foam plates and printmaking ink and there is one for each fifth grade student. How curious!
Fifth graders are finishing up their street art with a message project while sixth graders are building their tunnel books. Graffiti walls will be up in the hallways soon! Be sure to look for the message behind each print. Along with their tunnel books sixth graders will also write a synopsis or scene from their fantastically surreal story. |
