Sixth graders are currently working on their Fantasy Tunnel Books inspired by the work of Andrea Dezso (left). Students completed a sketch of their background layer in their journals before drawing it on black tagboard. The background must show the setting of their tunnel book and use at least one technique to show distance. Students are doing a wonderful job coming up with the surreal landscapes and creepy creatures for their 3D tunnel books! |
